Paul Thibeault

Paul Thibeault, Vice President of Projects at TWC Phoenix, brings over 43 years of experience in the masonry construction industry. Starting his career as a Union laborer, Paul has advanced through roles including Labor Foreman, General Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive. In his current role, he oversees all project managers, supporting their growth, managing workloads, and ensuring successful project execution. He works closely with the executive group to develop company policies, integrate employees, review financials, and create workflows that align with company goals.

A former wrestling scholarship student at Rhode Island College, where he majored in accounting and minored in business, Paul’s passion for construction led him to pursue a fulfilling career in the field. He is also a dedicated volunteer fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a former youth football coach, and an active contributor to St. Jude, Wounded Warriors, and cancer research.
