Alberto Paiva serves as General Supervisor and Project Manager at TWC Phoenix, where he plays a critical role in managing manpower, scheduling crews, and overseeing daily operations across multiple jobsites. His focus on efficient project execution, workforce allocation, and collaboration with various departments ensures that each project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Alberto began his career in the field as a Foreman, managing day-to-day site operations and leading crews to deliver work that met project scope, timelines, and safety benchmarks. With a background in masonry, waterproofing, and concrete repair, he brings deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his leadership role.
A graduate of Greater New Bedford High School, Alberto holds OSHA, PMP, and PDH certifications, equipping him with strong safety, project management, and professional development credentials. He is passionate about leadership development and fostering a safe, productive work environment.
Outside of work, Alberto enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer—activities that keep him grounded, energized, and focused.
