Joseph Jolicoeur serves as Executive Vice President of the service divisions for TWC Phoenix and its affiliate, Greenwood Industries. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of service operations—both internal and external—across nine Northeast locations, ensuring that strategic initiatives drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Before stepping into the EVP role, Mr. Jolicoeur was Preventative Service Manager and later Director of Business Development at Greenwood Industries. In that position, he transformed the service and maintenance offering into a standalone, high-performingdivision, expanding its footprint and revenue performance throughout the region.
Mr. Jolicoeur holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from Merrimack College, where he was also a four-year letter winner on the Warrior football team.
