Hugo Provetti
Hugo Provetti, Senior Vice President at TWC Phoenix, has built a distinguished career in the construction industry through a combination of hands-on experience and leadership across multiple roles. In his current position, Hugo oversees all departments, guiding strategic planning, decision-making, and operational leadership. His comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of TWC Phoenix’s operations aligns with its long-term goals.
Hugo’s career began in the field as a laborer before transitioning to the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen. Over the years, he progressed through roles such as Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, and eventually Vice President of Operations at The Waterproofing Company, before becoming Senior Vice President following the company’s merger with Phoenix Baystate to form TWC Phoenix. His hands-on experience in the field, combined with his leadership roles, provides Hugo with a unique perspective on both the operational and strategic sides of the business.
In addition to his leadership role, Hugo has been teaching the apprenticeship program for Local 3 for the past six years. He is also a master carpenter on the TV show “This Old House.”
Hugo’s extensive industry knowledge and experience have been shaped by his involvement with several professional organizations, including the Laborers International Union, Bricklayers International Union, ICRI, ABBA, SWRI, and ASM. These affiliations reflect his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices.
