Leonard James

Leonard James, Vice President of Estimating at TWC Phoenix, leads the company’s preconstruction and estimating efforts, ensuring each project is meticulously planned and estimated to meet client needs and align with company objectives. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Leonard brings a comprehensive background in construction management and hands-on experience in project estimating and management.

Before stepping into his current role, Leonard worked as an Estimator and Project Manager at The Waterproofing Company. His in-depth understanding of project requirements, gained from years of field experience, has made him invaluable in overseeing the preconstruction and estimating processes.

Leonard earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Derby and holds a Construction Supervisor’s License. He is also actively involved in several professional organizations, including the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWR), and the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).
