Tim Palardy is the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Greenwood Industries and TWC Phoenix. He leads the company’s sales strategy and business development initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence across the region. In addition, Mr. Palardy is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers, while fostering a results-driven sales culture through team development, mentoring, and performance management.
Before joining the company, Mr. Palardy served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Bay Crane Companies, where he led sales across multiple territories and managed major bid and tender processes. He previously held roles as Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations and Sales & Business Development Manager, delivering double-digit sales growth and overseeing large-scale, multi-state projects.
Mr. Palardy earned an Associate of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Southern New Hampshire University.
